A Believers Call to Bravery

In this season where the uncertainty of life is one of the few things that has been proven certain, one thing has been branded on my soul and stirred my heart to hope for a brighter future. I believe that all followers of Christ are faced with two choices. We can go to great lengths in an attempt to isolate and shield ourselves from sickness and pain, live our daily lives with an abundance of caution (or what some would say is polite consideration for others), and cower in fear; or we can seek out our purpose, accept its call, and embrace the fact that we are privileged with living with purpose, on purpose, with bravery. Which will you choose? Will you allow yourself to be intimidated or will you ask questions and seek truth and discernment?

We have limited understanding but these are not uncertain times to an all-knowing God. These are the days we were meant to live. Every night before they go to bed, I ask my children what they were born for and the answer is “greatness.”  We are here on this planet at this point in history to experience and even facilitate God's Kingdom come and His will done on earth as it is in heaven and to spread the Word of the One and Only true and unchanging God who never leaves us nor forsakes us. Let’s live like we believe what we say!

The Lion of the Tribe of Judah is on the move. He is still saving and setting captives free. Oh, He is mighty to save! Will you choose to be a part of what He wants to do? Do you have the courage to believe that He has a plan? The promises in His Word that we've stood on for years are still the same after all. It's time to be brave. Unite with fellow believers and live this amazing, fulfilling, exhilarating, and abundant life that Jesus died to give you with no fear

Remember the miracles in God's Word? We are walking an unprecedented road but we are not walking it alone. The same God who parted the Red Sea, rained manna from heaven, crumbled the walls of Jericho, and fought battles with angel armies and shouts of praise can do the impossible for those who believe. Do you believe it?

"Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go." Joshua 1:9
